As tradition wants, we hand-pick grapes from our vineyards on the hills in order to preserve in its entirety smells and scents.
Our Processo superiore Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG ripens for 2 to 4 months before being bottled up so to pursue the highest level of elegance. We want to offer you a unique experience thanks to wonderful smells and scents.
All procedures, from the pressing and the vinification to the second fermentation with Charmat method and the bottling, are carried out in our winery under the strict supervision of our enologist Nicola Merotto.
Our winery is open to taste itineraries and guided tours throughout the whole year and we can also arrange tours to the vineyards during spring and summer. Once a year, in spring, we organize an event that combines art, music and food and gathers hundreds of people.
